This happens for a couple of reasons, and is easily fixed.

- Your database details are wrong
- Your chosen Actinic version number is wrong

In either case, running the setup tool again, and inputting the correct details will fix this issue.

Located in your prgram files folder, you'll find the ActSQL tool folder. There, you'll find a php script, that contains true or false statements that determine if a table is created and uploaded to your server. You may disable them individually, by changing them to 'false'.

This may be for 2 main reasons:

- Your internet speed is slow, or unstable.
- Your Actinic database contains too many orders.

In the second case, its very much reccomended that you archive some orders and remove them from Actinic. Any amount of orders more than 1,000 may cause longer upload speeds.

On a fast broadband connection, ActSQL can upload an entire store of around 1,000 products, single product per page, with around 2,000 orders, in about 120 seconds.

The data pushed online by ActSQL needs an online scripting language to pull it out. You can use languages such as PHP, or asp, to make these tools. If learning a programming language isnt your thing, then perhaps you could post at the freelance site, ActLance.
